The Garden Cottage of Villa Liechtenstein is located on the first floor of the former gardener's house.

You can reach the 15 m² first floor terrasse and the 75 m² apartment via your own staircase.
From the dining room with modern kitchen, living room, the bathroom and the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the adjacent mountains, including the Dachstein and its glacier through the south-facing windows.

When renovating the bathroom, a lot of attention was paid to the details and tradition of the former gardener's house. The tiles in the bathroom are originals from times long past.

You can really relax in the living room! Our unique built-in alcove bed is a great spot for quiet contemplation, reading a book or listening to music - but it can also serve as an additional bed.

The anteroom in the Garden Cottage welcomes you with a comfortable leather chair and a 120-year-old, functional oven that was found in the basement of the building during renovation work.
