Are there parking spaces at the properties?

There are 4 parking spaces available for Villa Rosen in our covered carport. The Garden Cottage has 2 private open parking spaces available right next to the entrance to the property.

House Rules
  • No parties, large receptions or similar events, except separately arranged before arrival and agreed with house management.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the house.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • We reserve the right to reserve a deposit on your credit card before arrival.
  • Maximum number of guests: 9
Are pets allowed?

Pets are generally not allowed. However, your dog would be welcome at the Garden Cottage. No pets are allowed at Villa Rosen.

Can I order an airport shuttle from you?

We will be happy to help you organize transport to and from the airport. We will be happy to send you contact details for Shuttle Services upon request.

Is Villa Liechtenstein directly on the lake?

Lake Altaussee can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
